All about Camellia!
At Camellia a lot of the materials are hand made, and tailored to student needs. There are lots of art, music, and stories. Authenticity, and interaction are encouraged in class. Students learn from the materials, and from each other. Creativity is a large part of language learning, and is accessed through activities. Below is a sample lesson plan, and objectives for each groups.
Children lessons
Objective:
To master the basic skills areas, and engage in discourse related to common situations as well as their interests.
Immersion
Objective:
To advance in communication skills while furthering knowledge about Japanese, and Japan`s culture.
Adult lessons

To investigate Japanese and Japanese culture while gaining an overall skill of the language.
